How can I get my Partner ID?
If you are a registered partner, dealer or distributor and you still don't have a Partner ID, you may contact your local and accredited IBMC Sales Agent.
I forgot my log-in details, what do I do?
If you forgot your Partner ID or Password you may contact your IBMC Sales Agent. Your Sales Agent will give you your new log in details.
I have problems with the product(s) that i have purchased from the store, where do I report?
To avoid warranty issues, we encourage walk-in customers to report their concerns to the store where they purchased their product.
